You have to be able to do some CSS editing to get some of the customization that my site has. Most of these issues can be found on the forums. The other Wordpress theme I like is Solostream. They have lots of themes. My www.SmartIdeaMarketing.com is a solostream platform. If you scroll down on the right side, click on the Solostream banner and you will be directed to the site.
